Edouard Henquet

Edouard manages business applications at the ECF. He makes sure that all applications are interconnected while also following innovations in the IT world to keep the ECF updated with its technologies.

Passionate about technology, Edouard has a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the ULB and the VUB, as well as a Master’s in General Management from the Vlerick Business School.

He started his career in IT in the financial sector, where he supported highly critical systems, led technical projects, and helped implement lean and continuous improvement practices across teams.

After almost seven years in this industry, he decided to use his experience to work on climate at the ECF.

In his spare time, you will find Edouard next to a field hockey pitch, either playing coaching or refereeing. He also occasionally plays tennis, paddle and jogs. He is also an avid fantasy reader and can talk about food for hours on end.
