Céline Van den Rul

Céline is a Senior Analyst at the European Climate Foundation, based in Brussels.

With a background in consulting, Céline has several years of experience helping organisations leverage data to drive decision-making. She combines a strong foundation in public policy with technical skills, which she is eager to apply at the ECF.

Most recently, Céline worked at a data consultancy in a role that bridged the gap between technical and business teams. Prior to that, she was a data analyst and research manager, specializing in presenting complex data insights to non-technical audiences.

She holds a master’s in public policy from the Hertie School in Berlin and a B.A. in European Studies from King’s College London. Outside of work, Céline is an avid runner and swimmer.
