About me

Sarah is a Programme Manager in the Transport Programme.

She has been at the ECF since December 2019, working with ECF partners across Europe on decarbonising road transport and aviation.

Prior to joining the ECF in December 2019, Sarah spent six years working closely with and for the EU institutions. She was Senior European Parliament Advisor to the UK Representation to the EU on transport, environmental and climate policy from 2016-2019. Before this, Sarah worked for a Member of the European Parliament, focusing on human rights and foreign affairs.

Before moving to Brussels, Sarah studied Law, obtaining an LLB (Hons) from the University of Exeter and completing a Master’s (LLM) in Public and Human Rights Law at University College London. Sarah also trained as a Barrister, being called to the Bar of England and Wales in November 2013.

In her spare time, Sarah studies jazz and tap dancing and enjoys travelling around Europe by train.
