About me

Based in London, Zoë joined the Strategic Partnerships team in December 2022 as a development writer. Zoë is responsible for developing engaging, compelling written materials in support of ECF’s ambitious fundraising activity; articulating the impact of philanthropic support to funding partners; and harnessing the powerful ECF story for new audiences.

Bringing nearly a decade of experience in higher education fundraising, Zoë is a nimble storyteller and donor relations specialist. She has worked at some of the UK’s top universities, helping to secure philanthropic investment for cutting-edge scientific research, capital projects and student support. Her previous experience includes roles at UCL, the Royal College of Art, and SOAS University of London. Passionate about climate action, Zoë is excited for the opportunity to use her skills in service of ECF’s mission.

Zoë has an undergraduate degree in History from King’s College London and lives in southeast London, where she enjoys playing netball and going on long walks through the eclectic streets and green spaces.
